I’m drawn to the onomatopoeia within both songs(a big word for the day – meaning the word makes the actual sound it represents) : Pop and Bang

I’m taken to the heart chakra, of course. There’s a feeling of bubbles (why, oh why, am I seeing a Choc Mint Aero Bar?).

These little green bubbles are coming from the heart chakra representing an energy leakage giving our own power away.  Who’s making the froth, the toil, the trouble – every little bubble?  Yup, you are. Sorry guys, but it’s your creation.  Let’s turn froth into frivolity!

Very interesting – we create the potion, the reality, the situation. This doesn’t mean we have to drink it too!

This week ahead feels to be filled with revelations, lightbulb moments and epiphanies.  I wish I could guarantee the appearance of the Holy Trinity in physical form in your living room (whether this be a God or Goddess Aspect or even Trinity, Morpheus and Neo from the Matrix).  Instead, I do feel this is a physical recognition, a lightening of the heart and a releasing of burden.  We all need lightening! Yes?

There are a few clearings required here.. so let’s get into them.

What words am I choosing to bring forth loosening that instead, bring me heaviness and burdens?

What would it take to remove all the lulling, lurking and lethargic energy across all realities, spaces, dimensions, times and incantations ?  Reveal. (deep breath). Release. (outward breath). Revitalise.

Can you feel that heaviness on that question?  Let’s clear it. Repeat it until you feel a lightness within you.

Everywhere you’ve chosen to be a beast of burden, would you choose to release the beastly burden and be FREE?  Reveal. (deep breath). Release. (outward breath). Revitalise.

Yowsers.  This energy is explosive!  It’s removing thoughts, emotions and attitudes keeping you in a state of control.  Almost as if you’re over-medicated, drowsy and shouldn’t be operating heavy machinery!

None of that, I say!  *insert Master of the Universe theme music*  Let’s POP those perceptions, BANG those bastardised implants and step into our own power as Self-Loving Magnificent creatures of SENTIENCE.

YAY!  We did it! Can you feel the lightness of being coursing through you?  Of course, I cannot type out the Spirit Speak I use to facilitate the energy flow, but you may choose to repeat the clearing questions three times each and give yourself the opportunity to sit still for three minutes.  Just RECEIVE. (and everything that doesn’t allow that – Reveal. Release. Revitalise.)

Drink some water, ground your energy but remember the lightness of being.  This is your true state – any other heaviness is a lie to your truth.  POP BANG CRACKLE SNAP

Are you interested in learning Reiki First Degree?

By discovering Reiki, learning and applying the energy given, you are embracing part of the Divine seeking to restore the harmony, light and beauty of your true self.  Prepare for a journey of self-discovery, a personal sojourn to find the truth of all things.  From now on, life will   never be quite the same.

First Degree is offered over two 5 hour workshops, presented 7 days apart.  Students may contact Kristen and Caithe for support  both during and after their workshop.

For students who are already First Degree attuned and wish to complete a Refresher Class, the cost is only half-price as they will not receive attunements.  Students must provide a JP certified copy of their First Degree certificate to receive this option.

 Course materials include:  First Degree Reiki Manual, workshop handouts, notebook/journal and Certificate of Attainment

(Once your deposit is paid, payment can be made in two weekly installments of $100, or you may contact your Reiki Master/Teachers to make alternative arrangements)

 During 2013, we are offering two options for First Degree

May your Reiki Journey be filled with Love, Healing and Joy

Day One: In the first session, students learn about  the history and uses of Reiki.  The first 2 of 4 attunements will be given.   Students will learn meditation and breathing techniques associated with Reiki.   Students are expected to complete a self-treatment under supervision.

Students will then have 7 days to practice self-healing and are encouraged to keep a Reiki Journal to document their experiences. Students are encouraged to undertake their chosen exercise for the 21 days of attunement integration and to record their experiences in their Reiki Journal.

We request all students commit to giving themselves a self-healing treatment every day for a minimum of 21 days.

Day Two:  In the second session, students learn further about energy, the chakras and other energetic concepts.  They receive the second 2 of 4 attunements for First Degree. Students practice a hands-on healing treatment on each other under supervision.

Students are encouraged to continue their Reiki Journal to document their experiences.  To attain certification, you are asked to complete 2 hands on healing sessions within 14 days. These sessions should be documented by the student including feedback from the recipient. Students are encouraged to continue their chosen exercise for the 21 days of attunement integration and to record their experiences in their Reiki Journal.

We request all students commit to giving themselves a self-healing treatment every day for a minimum of 21 days.

Students may forward their client documentation forms via email, post or deliver them in-person.  Certificates will be issued once all assessments are completed and submitted.  These will be issued by post.

Reiki Share Days

Students will be invited (and encouraged) to attend Reiki Share Days giving students the opportunity to ask any further questions and share their experiences.  Students will also have the opportunity to both give and receive a hands on treatment, (possibly experience a group healing if numbers and time permit) and will receive training and supervised practice time in both breathing and meditation techniques associated with the Reiki practice and lifestyle.  These share days will be open to all initiates of Reiki, in all levels and practices, as we believe it is important to feel supported throughout your Reiki journey.
