This song speaks to me of being present for myself – rather than giving away the power to others.  I’m drawn especially to the heart chakra and the cords, decisions, judgements, convictions, calculations and connections I have created with my own points of view.

I’m feeling the need to shake off the ‘coulda, woulda, shouldas’ and focus on this clearing question:

What drama, illness, strife and limitation have I created to remain stuck, limited and controlled by others?

Wow. Can you feel the heaviness of that question?  Let’s clear it.  What would it take to remove all the drama, illness, strife and limitation I have created?  Reveal. (deep breath). Release. (outward breath). Revitalise.

Do it again.  I can still feel connections there to the shoulda/wouldas. (Imagine Brolin running around dressed like a ‘Witch Doctor’ and playing bongo drums here.  He’s dancing and chanting to the shoulda wouldas… as if they are a form of power to hold us in place.  So true, yes?

Everywhere I’ve chosen to dance to the tune of the shoulda, coulda, wouldas.. Reveal. Release. Revitalise. What would it take to follow the rhythm of my life with ease, joy and glory? Reveal. Release. Revitalise.

YAY!  We did it! Can you feel the lightness of being coursing through you?  Of course, I cannot type out the Spirit Speak I use to facilitate the energy flow, but you may choose to repeat the clearing questions three times each and give yourself the opportunity to sit still for three minutes.  Just RECEIVE. (and everything that doesn’t allow that – Reveal. Release. Revitalise.)

Drink some water, ground your energy but remember the lightness of being.  This is your true state – any other heaviness is a lie to your truth.  Let’s get on TOP of the WORLD!
