Basic Bath Salts Recipe
This recipe works on the premise of 3:2:1 (3 measurements of Epsom Salts: 2 measurements of Bi Carbonate of Soda [Baking Powder]:1 measurement of Sea Salt)
2kg of Epsom Salts
1kg of Bi-Carbonate of Soda
500g of Rock Salt
This provides you with approximately 10 bags of Bath Salts each containing 350g.
Mix the items together in a bowl.
If required, add colouring and mix in.
If adding essential oils, add and stir through.
You need approximately ½ cup per bath.
Midsummer Bath Salts
As above
½ teaspoon Yellow and Blue Colouring
8 drops of Peppermint Oil
6 drops of Wild Orange Oil
4 drops of Ginger Oil
